Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it, and must also be in the original packaging where applicable.


Order Processing & Shipping Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 5–14 business days depending on location.

Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds unless the item is lost or confirmed undelivered.


Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Personal care, hygiene, or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods
  • Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence.

We will offer either:

  • A replacement (free of cost), or
  • A full refund (depending on case review)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (including PayPal) within 7–15 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds (PayPal & Banks)

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your PayPal account
  2. Check your bank account linked to PayPal
  3. Contact your bank (processing may take time)
  4. If still not received, contact us at contact@shopully.com

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email us at contact@shopully.com and provide proof of issue.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, contact us first at contact@shopully.com.
Do not send items back without approval.

If a return is approved, we will provide the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time plus 7 additional days, please contact us.

We will investigate with the shipping carrier. Refunds or resends will only be issued if the parcel is confirmed lost.
